“Each time I’ve gone in they have provided great trustworthy reliable service. Scary to take your car in for repairs but not at this place. Better book fast he’s like your family doctor he might not be taking in new patients. He’s that good!!Services: Auto tire replacement”

“I've been to the shop 5 or 6 times and have been meaning to leave a review. They've always been polite, speedy, have repaired tires others have said couldn't be repaired (still holding up years later), and I've never left feeling ripped off - definitely recommend.”

“We had amazing service here, it was our first time bringing our van to Kevin, after multiple terrible experiences around town. We definitely plan on being regular clients from now on. Service was quick, friendly, costs were reasonable and exactly what we were quoted. 100% recommend.”

“Brought my new ram truck here after a collision that required a good amount of body work. I have been to a few other repair spots in the past that were good however barkers goes above and beyond. Customer service was great and my truck looks better than the day I bought it. They even detailed the interior before giving it back. Thank you!”

“This is our "go to" automotive shop. Harvey and all staff are accommodating and honest. Old fashioned service carrying on a family tradition. We haven't lived in Renfrew for 20 years but still take our vehicles to Carl's Automotive. It's worth the drive!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“I forget the mechanic's name, but I give him top marks for the service that he did on my (bad) Honda lawnmower under warranty from Canadian Tire, AND which required 2 service calls to Lou's. (No thanks Canadian Tire). He also took the time to explain what he had done, and answered any questions -I had-, in a very patient and thorough manner. Thanks. TJH”

“I had the pleasure and privilege of dealing with Lucy and Dave while visiting family in Renfrew 2 weeks ago. I heard an unsettling noise coming from my front wheel. I called 5 garages, 4 of which couldn't take me. I left a message at Murphy's. Within the hour Lucy called me back and they saw me an hour later. Dave was busy but took the time to take my car for a ride and put it up on the hoist to take a look. Half an hour later, I was handed my keys and told that there was no charge. I had a bent backing plate that was rubbing on my rotor when I turned and Dave fixed it. He also let me know that my pads were at 20% so I'd need a brake job soon. I think I'll trust Murphy's for that!”
