Today I went to the shop with no appointment. Prior I had already called the day before because my car door wasn’t closing properly and I spoke with someone at the shop who was very nice and professional, he told me to bring it in the next day and I did. Within an hour, they checked my door and fixed the minor issue at such an affordable cost. They are very straightforward and honest, no beating around the bush. They accommodated my needs and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family.Services: Tires

Very corrupt people, pal is a scammer. I came here because something was leaking and they kept the car for a week and charged me so much and didn't even fix the problem. Im disgusted this place only wants your money they don't care about the customer. I will tell all my friends and random people i come across to not come here. I wish the absolute worst for your business, straight up scamming indians.

I got quote for fixing rear bumper of my car from 4 different places. This place was asking for almost double the amount than what I eventually paid. Be prepared to pay atleast 30% to 40% extra than the market price!!

Service is great, prices are fair. We have taken both of our cars to Pal's for a few years now and are always 100% satisfied. Recently, they even fixed someone else's mistake made on my car during vacation. Showed up without an appointment and they had my car back to me, same day, running smooth

They do a decent job and are honest compared to other car mechanics in the GTA. Their price is pretty average as well. I mostly only come here because it is the closest shop to me. If you need something done fairly quick, these are the guys to come too though.

Liars, Told me my car had an update and need to go to the dealership which was completely wrong. Charge me for diagnostics and not gave me any receipt or diagnostics report. Even call 2-3 times after that and told the dealership tell me something else problem but these guys put my phone on hold.

Went there to fix my number plate. They were about to close but since my request wasn't major they promptly responded and fixed it. Best part? They did it for free. They politely responded to all my queries and made my day. I'll definitely return here in the future. Thanks Team!

Service is really bad and they ask to pay cash and won’t give receipts, asked to pay $200 for a general diagnostic test and won’t provide report. Worst place to go to. Don’t waste your money and time. Real bad experience.

I have been coming here for my car maintenance and winter tires installation for over 2 years and always get an excellent service at reasonable pricing. They also provide storage for winter tires in case you don't want the hassle of carrying them back and forth each season.
