They forced a credit card pre authorization of $250.00 in order to pump any amount of fuel. All other gas stations have amounts that can be selected prior to pumping. Not good for security reasons with our credit/debit cards. I do not recommend this location.

Hello, I would like to express my heartwarming experience of the welcoming customer service and appreciation at this Shell Gas Station. I stoped in here one evening in early August and I make it a weekly stop while I’m in Ontario visiting from Texas.
The customer appreciation and respect clearly visible to all who walks in, is a standard above most and I’ve traveled all over North America . I have the privilege to full up anywhere at will, but now I drive an hour to feel appreciated where I spend my money, Shell can use this gas station’s quality of service as a benchmark for customer care and quality service to say the least.
I applaud the management and staff of this establishment and give many thanks for their warm welcome every time I stop in for a fill up.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by the Shell Gas Station at Highway 9 and Airport Road, and I was thoroughly impressed by my experience. From the moment I pulled up, it was clear that this station is committed to delivering top-notch service and convenience.

The staff on duty were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the refueling process a breeze. Their customer service is truly outstanding—approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with a smile.
One of the standout features of this location is its convenience store. It’s stocked with a great selection of snacks, beverages, and travel essentials, making it a perfect pit stop for road-trippers and daily commuters alike. I was particularly impressed by the quality and freshness of the coffee, which was a much-needed boost for my journey.
Another highlight is the well-lit and secure environment of the station, which adds an extra layer of comfort, especially when refuelling during late hours. The ample space around the pumps also ensures that even during peak times, there’s minimal wait and maximum ease.
Overall, the Shell Gas Station at Highway 9 and Airport Road exceeds expectations in every way. It’s a shining example of excellent service, cleanliness, and convenience. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to stop whenever I’m in the area!
