My first 'visit' was by phone.The employee was marvelous .My second day in Bolton and she outshone anyone in Toronto's lousy community service.Toronto operates with seemingly untrained personnel with mediocre attitudes while this intake officer knows her town's services and when questions asked by me did not have an immediate answer she got back to me within the hour.Kudos
