People working here are very friendly and helpful. They take a lot of pride in their job and their facility Great Security on grounds and on storage units. Everything is well kept and clean. I've been to different units in the area and this one here seems to be top notch in my opinion it's highly recommended.

You know how when you go into a big box store, usually the staff are not trained or don't have the knowledge to answer your questions or concerns- this is not the case at UltraStor with Danielle. These are professional self storage personnel that know their business, know how to deal with customers and represent their company as if it was their own.

I wanted to update my review + continue to praise this business!! Always great staff + place !! I've been putting my stuff into storage here for just over 3 YEARS and I'm very happy with their services - clean, organized, convenient and nice people I deal with when I come in!!! Fantastic storage!!!

Firstly, their facility is top-notch – clean, secure, and well-maintained. I feel confident leaving my belongings there knowing they're in a safe environment. The staff members are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. They helped me choose the right storage unit size for my needs and even provided valuable packing tips to ensure everything fit perfectly. We have been soft shopping for weeks and Ultra definitely sets the bar for storage facilities within Peel!

Loved the service by Daniella she was super kind and cheerful. Really helped my stressful moving day! Really was looking forward to the 50% discount code on the unit that I saw online but wasn’t able to get it due to it being the last storage unit I wanted.
