So tired of hearing people slander someone they don’t know.. tired of the racist cry he is a decent man and has helped many people.. the only thing about this store that made me give a 4 star instead of a 5 is they are closed on Sat ..”

“Very satisfied with the staff and services at Michael's on Heritage Green in Hamilton. I came in to purchase a Singer Heavy Duty Sewing Machine and to look at Custom Framing options for a special family document. The store was quite active due to Black Friday sales but I was assisted at custom framing in good time. The custom framing associate Deirdre was very friendly and helpful! She asked after my budget and helped us make the best decision without compromising on style and final look. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable and we really felt like she cared about getting us what we wanted within our price point and so that we were happy with it. Further, when I went to inquire about the sewing machine, the associate that I encountered first was Maddelynn (Maddie) who was also quite helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to check what was in stock and then brought us to the correct aisle to get it. Overall excellent customer service from the store employees- shout out to the lady in charge of the self-check out! She was friendly and efficient and kept the line moving! Will be return to your location for my future crafting needs :)”
