I had a stressful moving experience and Brett\Brent from the Gibson st. North bay access storage made it much less painful. He was amazing, and the storage facility was perfect for our needs. Love the hours and convenient location too.

My experience with Access Storage on Gibson St. North Bay, ON. was 10/10 or 5 Star with Shawn Foisy and his staff member. I had an Estate to administer as the Sole Trustee . The Estate was quite complicated and not pleasant. The Staff at Gibson St. were not only very helpful, but understanding and compassionate. Excellent service at a difficult time for me, and that helped immensely.

We have really enjoyed our experience with Access Storage so far. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When there was an error on our invoice it was easy to connect with customer service and the issue was resolved immediately! The units and buildings are safe, clean and secure. We've used lots of storage places in the past and are most happy with Access!
