Edward and Garrett at the Cambridge Center Bell store were the most patient, helpful and customer oriented Bell agents I’ve ever had interacted with. They helped me transfer my phone over despite some complicated procedures on the bell channel support side. Spent over 1 hour with me helping me ensure everything was set to go! Thank you both for the 5 star support and service. I’m happy with my new phone, plan but most of all your help.

Had a wonderful experience here. I went to change my internet provider. I have hearing difficulty on phone.GARRETT came , and help me. He was on the phone for 30 min , and did everything for me. He has super knowledge and very friendly . Highly recommended this store, and look for Garrett , sure you will not get disappointed.Thank you Garrett

Had such a wonderful experience here. We went to change our plans to bell and there was absolutely zero hassle they had us up and running with new phones in way less time then I have ever experienced. Amy the store manager is just wonderful she was super friendly and made sure we knew what we were getting. While also helping other staff. Edward was also a delight. He was super friendly and always double checked with us before he finalized anything. I really appreciate that level of professionalism. Will def be going here for now on :)

My husband is a senior having to switch from his 7 year old cell phone to the current technology. The Google Pixel 7 was recommended to him. After the first day he was frustrated, returned to the Bell Store and Amy Creedy patiently spent time with him and explained to him how to navigate some of the features and rearranged the home screen to make it easier for him to use. He is sure he would not have been able to figure the phone out without Amy's limitless patience. Highly recommend Amy Creedy!!

We had such a great experience with Edward S. at the the Cambridge mall. He was so thorough and explained everything to detail. My fiancé was doing the bring it back which took a few minutes and he was so helpful and efficient. This guy needs an award!

Bad experience with them.I was looking for new phone plan with them but they didnt have phone available at store and I took only plan from there. When I went to the other bell store to purchase phone the other day they told me I cant upgrade my plan for next 1 month now. They didnt tell about this thing before selling me the plan as they know I was looking for the phone. How do I know about this thing if you dont tell me.

I have been going to this Bell location for 15 years, even after moving out of town. The customer service has always been exceptional.
