This place doesn’t have enough staff to attend the customers. I visited this place on black Friday and I had to wait in the line for more than 30 mins as they had only 2 employees working to attend the mobile customers. Companies like best buy should at least hire some additional seasonal staff to attend the rush of holiday season.

Beware of Best Buy Dance.To be honest, when buying an iPhone 12 with a cover, car magnetic mounts and a glass phone cover (with a lifetime warranty…) the original sales rep was very kind and appreciative. That being said, I went in today and after chatting with three people, the lifetime warranty screen cover was not honoured and we didn’t even get to the magnetic case that’s falling apart, that of which ALSO had a lifetime warranty purchased through Best Buy. Simply put, all be it clever, Best Buy no longer deals with those suppliers of products that I purchased the lifetime warranty on. After saying my phone is too old, after saying I can purchase another brand cover or even a new phone, I walked away before my frustration got the best of me. Be aware and beware when dealing with Best Buy. They are very creative with their dance to get out of product protection you purchase with them. After years of dealing with this very same Best Buy for both business (12 sites) and personal use, they have lost a multi-purchase customer today. Be aware. Be very aware.

Pathetic! Never go to this specific store. I went there to purchase a phone and the employee was so arrogant. During purchasing process, he started roaming here and there in the store and when i asked his fellow employee where he is at, he replied arrogantly too. These guys think they own the store and talk with you while making weird facial expressions like someone is forcing them to do their job. On top of that, after purchasing, that guy didn't even handed over my phone to me as if I'm going to run away it. I told them to apply screen protector, but instead of giving it to me to unbox first, that guy handed over it to some other guy and he went away with it behind the area where construction was in process and unboxed it by his own. Not even that, it took him half an hour to apply a mere screen protector and even after all that time he came back with the wrong installation. When I've asked that i need them to install it properly or with a new one, at first they refused, then agreed and gave it to another guy. That guy came after around approximately 45 minutes and with the same excuse that he wasn't able to place the protector property cause there's a lot of dust. Why do you offer services if you can't fullfill them professionally? Not even that, that guy (who was wandering here and there) was backing him up by saying that there's dust and all. FYI, I've purchased my phone on cash, and it took me approximately 2½ hours to do so. Wasted my time and money, and they also took away my right to unbox my phone. It felt like a second hand phone as they handed me over that opened box. For the whole day i felt bad whereas i should feel happy for purchasing a new device. Would never recommend anyone ever to have their services, they'll just piss you off and ruin your day.

Had an amazing experience today. The store is under construction and had a lego product that I wanted placed without a price. An employee came to ask if I needed help and I asked what the price of it was. He found their store price and then checked to see if he could price match the product. He saved me $10 on the product and kept my business with bestbuy rather than ordering from amazon. Will be back again!

Extremely disappointed at their delivery service. Even after confirming the address the delivery truck got it wrong. After calling and correcting them, I saw them outside at wrong house, went towards the driver and he sped off. they refused to deliver saying it was their lunch time even though he was literally next door.Extremely disappointingDo not recommend ordering delivery from here

I purchased a Google Nest Hub Max at this store and had a very horrible experience getting a price match post my purchase as I found a lower price at another retailer within 7 days of my purchase.Now as per the Best Buy policy they will do a price match if a lower price is found at another retailer store whether on-line or in-store.I took the picture of the competitors in-store pricing and the manager and the employees at the store outright rejected the competitor's price citing different reasons:1. One of the employees said they do a price match only for online prices. This is incorrect and I showed them the policy on the best buy website which clearly mentions that they do it for in-store pricing as well2. The manager said he thinks that it is a different generation of the product on showing him the competitor price. There is just one version of Google Hub Max and being a tech store they should know that. When I showed them the competitor product after purchasing it, they still didn't accept it.3. When I told the manager how rude one of the employee was when he said that " I know what our policy are and we don't do in-store pricing. Don't tell me what our policy is", managers response was "Okay"!I have been shopping with Best Buy for several years in the US and Canada and never had a bad experience before this. Not only the employees at this store don't care about the customer experience, they are not fully aware of Best Buy policies or the tech specifications.I had to buy the product from the competitor and come in again with receipt showing the lower price and the employee response was "have a good day sir!"They have completely ruined the experience of shopping at Best Buy and why I would stop recommending Best Buy from now on.

I really hate leaving a review to the nature of common sense but sometimes it must be said. My 14 yr old saved up $750 for a PlayStation 5, him and his buddies went up to Best Buy to make this big purchase, recorded the whole thing too! Out of excitement he paid cash, cashier said email@:&!$! Well my son left without it which is absent minded and the fact that the teller must’ve had the receipt in her hand didn’t she said the door is also absent minded. it’s a big purchase. Lo and behold. Something goes wrong with the PS5 we went up to Best Buy explained we even have it all on video tape but it does not matter we paid cash so we burn. I think this is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. The QQ code on the box will state that it was paid for a button at Best Buy, but they will do nothing for us. So long story short never shop in Best Buy.

Don’t ever buy anything from the Best Buy marketplace!I got a baby monitor 2 months ago. Sent it back for a refund after being told to do so. And it’s now been 7 weeks waiting for a refund….absolutely ridiculous. We contacted both the seller and Best Buy and they’ve been saying “we’re pushing the urgency on this” (99% sure the marketplace seller is fake and a scammer, bust but admitted that anyone can sell on their marketplace….) and “we will have someone from the marketplace department connect with you in 3 business days”We’ve been waiting and waiting.We look forward to hearing back from them asap! Hopefully this week it gets resolved!

Hardest part was though Best Buy doesn’t pick up there phones and you get put out through a call centre and can’t speak to the associates there over the phone.

Policy changes when you talk to different employees. Now stuck with products that I can't return that also DON'T function. Useless store and employees, literally go anywhere else and they'll understand their own policies and rules before you purchase something in store. Would be 0 stars if possible. Just go to Visions or even a different Best Buy honestly.

We were treated very indifferently here after an error was made by an employee. The only resolution is that they were willing to honour the initial price point, but the damage was already done. If you're shopping BB via a points program, reconsider as neither company makes it easy for you, the consumer once a mistake is made. This one star is to reflect BB's inability to be accountable for a points program they've partnered with.

Super nice staff, place is very clean and organized. I came in with a vague idea of what I wanted and an employee, I believe his name was Juan, was super helpful and made sure I understood what I was getting and helped me pick between several products.Edit: three days later I came back to the store because the product was defective and it went as smoothly as possible. Employees Abby and Raj were both super helpful in finding me a good replacement product within a similar price range. Raj gave me good advice on product recommendations and knew what he was talking about. I definitely recommend this place if you need tech stuff, the employees are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

Pathetic... Stopped by yesterday to pick up a thumb-drive (wanted a small memory size as I was only loading a few videos for a business client); the shelves were half empty and there were zero thumb-drives for my needs. Every single sales-person had their head buried in their cell phone and no one asked if I needed assistance - ridiculous. Why do retail companies like this allow their staff to sit around staring at their cell phones when there are customers in the store? So; I walked over to Walmart (ugh); and I found exactly what I needed. Keep it up and your store will close quickly Best Buy ... awful service.
