Outstanding Service at Beveridge & Brown Pharmacy!
I can't say enough good things about Beveridge & Brown Pharmacy! From the moment I walked in, I was met with exceptional service and professionalism. Jon, the pharmacist, is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients receive the best care possible. He takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly and provides expert advice with a friendly and caring attitude.
A huge shoutout to Andrew, the assistant, who was also amazing! He was super helpful, efficient, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and welcoming demeanor truly made a difference.
It’s rare to find a pharmacy where the staff genuinely cares about their customers, but Beveridge & Brown exceeds all expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch pharmaceutical care! Thank you, Jon and Andrew, for your outstanding service!

I recently switched to Beveridge and Brown Pharmacy in Cambridge, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. My mom had a complex medication change, and the pharmacist went above and beyond to ensure everything was clear and safe for her. He even noticed a potential issue with one of her prescriptions and worked directly with her doctor to suggest a better alternative—something I’ve never experienced at other pharmacies.
The staff are incredibly kind and professional, and the pharmacy itself is well-organized and welcoming. They also provided a blister pack service, which has been a huge help in keeping my mom’s medications on track.
If you’re looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about their customers, Beveridge and Brown is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I have been getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy for years. Overall, I’ve always had a great experience. Today I called to see if they could get a prescription ready so my husband could pick it up for me as I can’t with our newborn. The woman who answered the phone was so rude. She seemed so frustrated that I called. I asked her if it would be better if I Called another day for it since I could tell she was frustrated. In a rude tone, she just asked me what my To get me off the phone. I understand it’s a Monday morning, but I’ve never been talked to in such a rude tone by a Business ( her name is Jess )

Due to a late urgent appointment, I desperately showed up at 7:55pm for a prescription that only they had. They close at 8. I called to tell them I was on my way. All 3 employees patiently waited and filled it for me, despite it being after hours by the time it was done. Forever grateful for being able to give my little one what he needed asap.
