These disgruntled customer reviews are a JOKE! Todd has always been great! Even if I suspect he won’t have what I need, due to their locations space limitations, I’ll pop in anyway to do my best to support local . By far the friendliest HH I’ve been too. The owner takes pride in helping customers however he can. I’ve been a customer for years, and will continue to stop by Bowman’s Home Hardware for anything I need (and some things I don’t)
If you have an issue with their customer service, good luck finding anyone to even help you at Home Depot or Rona 😂 y’all need to touch grass once in a while. These guys are great!

my friend and I walked up to the back of home hardware, mind you we are women in our 20’s and we were looking for mulch for my friend’s client’s garden.
we then looked and couldn’t find the brand of mulch we were looking for, so we asked for help.
the guy on the ground had brown hair and a mustache and he immediately replied “mental help? we can’t help with that”.
just because we were women and asking for help in a home hardware store, and the response and disrespect we got was incredible.
the owner was the one we asked for help who was right beside this man on the ground, the owner pretty much fed into this disgusting behaviour, and laughed.
we then went in and he looked up stock on the mulch and there was 0 stock, so as we left we told the owner “we’re going to go look else where and if so we will come back”
which then the owner replied back “ good luck, you won’t find any.”
this customer service was honestly disgusting, and we will definitely not be coming back to this destination.

Amazing service at this location! Incredibly friendly and kind staff.
Todd was very generous and helped fix a broken stroller wheel, an issue I wouldn't even have figured out myself! Will definitely be coming back here for any hardware needs

The people working here were genuinely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I didn't even have to ask for help loading, they were already on their way when I moved my car to the back door! Thank you.
