I walked by the store and the worker and manager were cat calling guys and saying their ugly if they didn't like it call it spring really needs to review this store and their management how does a store get away with these type of things

Had really bad experience with this store. Bought a pair of sandal for my wife as a gift, but she didn't like them,So I went to return them at the store and store girl said, it's been worn. And didn't accept the return. They are so greedy. Once, you buy anything from the store, you have to keep it. They don't take return. They just write on the receipt, 60 days return policy, but they are lying so, don't buy anything from this store.

Received wrong sizing from an Order from a different Call it Spring Store. The workers here were happy to resolve the sizing issue and let me do an exchange. Definitely planning on returning.

I usually don't like to give a bad review, but sometime people who work at the business they don't deserve to be at this position to deal with people, because if you work at the place you have to treat everybody very nice and you have to smile you should appreciate that you have a work , very disappointed at the spring customer service is garbage and I will never go back there!

I went to the shop for return ny shoes and it was unworn shoes but manager told me that it is worn and decline my return, horrible experience.

The sandals pictured have been worn for LESS than TWO (2) months! Very very poor quality. Rocks get stuck in the soles regularly causing holes. The sandals got damp, once, and are now stained and dirty. When I went into the store to pick up the sandals the associates were quite unfriendly and rude. The sandals were handed over as is - no box, no bag, not even a thank you or have a good day. First and LAST Spring experience

Very wishy washy return policy. All employees from store to "customer service" had scripted answers. I forgot to use some non slip sticker things I bought so I tried to return them completely sealed with receipt. I was met with that's in the category of final sale items. I asked to see where it mentioned that in the policy. It didn't. Let them know it wasn't mentioned at time of sale and had no indicator on the receipt at all. No resolution offered. My only recommendation for this one is don't go.

Bought end of season sandals, took them home and tried to break them in around my house. They hurt my feet, took them back after 2 days of purchase and the clerk refused even with 60 day return policy. She said it looked like I had worn them. Other customers could have bought them and returned them for all I know, they were sandals that I purchased at the end of August! She refused and told me to go to customer service, which I did and that process has been ridiculous as well. After a phone call, emails with pictures of the shoes not worn and receipt ,they forwarded a ups tag I need to print off, go to ups and drop off and when the shoes make it to the warehouse , then finally I'll get a refund. I will never purchase a pair of shoes from Call it Spring again, no one has time for this . They could of kept a happy customer and just let me return their shoes like most retail chains. Do better Call it Spring!

Reading comments below I don't understand as when the return policy is everywhere - once you wear a shoe out it is not returnable? Although hurt your feet.I have never not had amazing customer service from the crew at this mall. I want to say the manager is Justin? He has only ever been nothing but sweet to me, always suggesting options or online alternatives if something is not in my size or ideally what I want. I remember justin from working at Urban Planet and noticed how well he ran a store and seeing how well kept this store is he continues to thrive in customer service.Justin I thank you for always helping me, it's the little things that make someones day.

Really need work on their staffing and customer service. Do not appreciate the attitude and condescending tone I received when I just went in to let them know that shoes I bought 4 days ago gave me such a bad shoe bite and bruised me so bad. I did not even mention that I either wanted to return them or get them exchanged. The guy assumed I was gonna and shut me off. Get better people. Thanks to this guy, it was my first and last shopping experience here.

I purchased a pair of boots in Cambridge Ontario. The pair I bought was the last size 9 available so one of them was a display. 4 hours later I go to return them at a St. Catherine’s location. The associate said they could not be returned or exchanged because they’ve been worn. The heel of the display boot I was given had a little wear on it from people trying it on. I personally didn’t even try them on in store let alone wear them after my purchase. She refused to return or exchange them. Told me to go to the customer service chat on the website which was even a worse customer service experience. I then tried to call the original locAtion I purchased the boots at and it was busy for over an hour and was unable to get through.I’ve talked to customer service, the District manager was supposed to contact me within 3-4 days. it’s now been over 3 weeks. I’ve now sent an email to someone else and hoping for a solution. I’ve sent pictures, receipt and screen shots of emails.I’m not one to write negative reviews, i usually recognize quality service and write about that. This has been the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve had.
