The staff are great, friendly, kind, really helpful, and not snooty or rude, providing over-the-top customer service and unmatched knowledge. They go above and beyond for their customers, offering help to find suitable replacements and holding items. It is a place where you don't walk away feeling ripped off and is highly recommended for friendly service and great products.

    Was just in the Cambridge Fiber Store. This place is fantastic the prices are wonderful and lots of articles to chose from. There is probably something there for everyone that is interested in yarn
    And yes the staff is super helpful and friendly. Do not hesitate to visit.
