We received tons of mails that are not for us but for our neighbors today. This didn’t only happen once! How could your postman make such mistakes? Mails are confidential! How many times do I have to give mails to my neighbors??

They have an archaic rule about the person's address having to match on the ID. I put an incorrect address by mistake. Their only solution is for the person with the matching address to come pick it up. I wouldn't have minded this inconvenience if the person had any skills in customer service or any empathy. He just had a passive aggressive attitude. For example, as soon as the issue arose he said, "I am not going to give you your package" instead of "Sorry, I'm unable to give you your package." The interaction was filled with moments like that and was extremely unpleasant.

Sincerely hope that we have a better postal service for canada one day. Last week I was supposed to receive a package and got the notification that my address needed to be verified. So I sent them a service ticket with my full proper address. (AND) phoned the sorting facility (that is a 5 minute drive from my house) to try and sort everything out. Lady on the phone just told me to wait it shouldnt take to long to sort things out. Today I woke up to the wonderful notification that my package is being returned to the sender. I reached out twice to this poor excuse for a company to try and correct a potential SIMPLE error or mistake. And nothing, no contact, no effort, no caring about my package, just send it back. What an abysmal showing of integrity and quote on quote "giving back to our communities". What a slogan eh?

I usually don't go to actual Canada Post offices and use shoppers drug mart but I had to pick up my community mailbox keys from this location and the old lady behind the counter was so warm and kind. She verified everything and explained me how to use the mailbox.She congratulated me on the home purchase and hand me over the keys in just 2 mins.I recommend this place.

A big shout out to our Postal Delivery person in Cambridge. The sidewalks are a sheet of ice with the sudden freezing rain and ice pellets we received this morning and our mail was here on time as usual. We appreciate this!!

I called CP today and I had the phone ring for at least 4 minutes can you imagine that. I hung up and called right back and finally someone answered and I said why wasn't the phone answered when I called she said I'm answering it now. I was told they were with a customer. Wow, how rude for the customer to hear the phone ring so long. I said the phone should have been picked up and said "one moment please". I wasn't sure if I had the correct phone number or what.
