Went here today to get my ring cleaned the lady at the desk was rude and when I told her I wanted my ring cleaned she said wait one minute didn't look or smile at me. Then she told another lady that worked there I wanted my ring cleaned and this lady rolled her eyes grabbed my rings and cleaned them without one nice word. Then said here you go and handed them to me. I will never buy from here again. Customer service sucks. I expect ppl to be friendly and appreciate their customers.

I went in to inquire about selling some jelwery. I spoke with Dino, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He took his time with me and adressed my concerns, even with the holiday rush happening. When the time comes, I will not think twice about purchasing jewelery from charm diamond!

I’ve been going to this store for a few years now. My sister also. We have always had nothing but positive experiences here. Sam has served me multiple times and omg I can’t say enough good stuff about her. So friendly and respectful. Down to earth. Knowledgeable. It’s a pleasure purchasing from her. She treats me like I’m her only customer and her priority until I walk out with something I love, no matter the price I pay for it. The jewellery is gorgeous! Nothing bad to say here…I highly recommend going here and speaking to Sam or anyone of their associates and you will not regret it. On this occasion I ordered a piece of personalized jewellery. Budget, ordering, delivery timeline, everything worked out perfectly. Thanks Sam!

The lady who assisted me was so condescending. My husband could also sense her hostility. She treated me like she was doing me a favour by showing me what I wanted to see. I liked a few pieces but her attitude made me buy from the other jewelry store in the mall. I went to the other diamond store and the lady told me another customer came to them yesterday after having the same experience with the sales associate at Charms. If you're not suited up they treat you like you can't afford it and don't give you the time of the day.

Tatiana was very kind and helpful when it came to looking at jewelry and very knowledgeable about different types of diamonds. She answered all my questions. She even offered to clean my ring and it now looks brand new!
Every time I come to this Charm location in Cambridge, I’m impressed with their selection of all types of jewelry and the store is kept very clean.
