Wonderful store with a good quality selection. The cashiers were also sweet and friendly and helped out whenever they could (helped me find my size and the right colours). Would definitely recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went there last night looking for a nice shirt for a Christmas party. I was with my mom and we were not greeted, which is not a big deal. As we were walking around the lady at the cash was on speaker phone making a personal call. As we were walking around the store the lady didn’t even put the phone down to help us or anything. I found a couple of items and went to try them on and the lady (still on the phone) kept peeping around the corner but still didn't say anything to us. Thankfully the items that I tried on didn’t fit because I definitely did not want to give them my business. When we were leaving the lady didn’t say bye or anything and was still on the phone. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and will not be going back. Just to add to it the lady was wearing sweat pants, which is highly unprofessional when trying to sell high end items.

Went there for a gala dress with my sister. First, the woman working there- Ella, refuses to give my older sister a XL because she’s ‘too big’ for one. We don’t say anything. She then says my sister needs a 3XL, which is absurd. Again, we say nothing. Now, my sister had seen a dress in the same style that she liked, in a smaller size. Ella had given us a dress in 2XL, and we needed something in XL/XXL. I go out to ask her for the same dress in 1XL/XXL/XL, which my sister had seen earlier when we were looking, and she said she had none. We left, and won’t be coming back anytime soon.
