To the owner :The brown haired lady working June 8th at 1 pm is one of the rudest people I have ever met. My friend and I left $140 worth of merchandise and went to another Cosmo prof.

Staff are generally kind and helpful to everyone, but the one lady with the curly/wavy grey hair rubbed me the wrong way. Kept following me around the store, and then asked me if I have a cosmoprof card. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t have been in that shop. Some of us just take longer to look around, and if we need help, we’ll reach out to the staff.
