If I could give a 0 I would. This company clearly is aware that wherever they are keeping these bins has rodent issues which is why their protection plan doesn't cover rodent damage.
We got the bin with our home items stored in it during our move only to find everything ruin. They say there is NO WAY rodents can get in but that's clearly wrong because all of the couches, beds, clothes, and other fabric items are destroyed with zero coverage. Everything is covered in mouse or rat droppings and urine. When we inquired we were told section 5 of your contract states we don't cover rodents. Sorry about your loss.
I do not recommend this company unless you want to replace all of your belongings.

Fanstastic experience beginning to end. I rented a bin to keep in my driveway as we prepared our home for sale. Once full, I had the bin removed to Cubeit storage to hold until it was time to move to the new place. Seamless experience, great customer service. I was impressed every step of the way, with each employee I dealt with from customer service to the truck drivers. Thank you!!

Very impressed with the service.
Container was clean. There was no space for any rodents to get in. Was delivered safely and nothing inside was damaged.
So glad I chose cube-it and would gladly recommend to anyone moving.

Great experience! The customer support is always helpful, positive, and friendly. They are happy to help with any questions or changes you need to make and take it all in stride. No matter who I’ve talked to, I’ve had the same high level experience - it’s consistent and wonderful. Their delivery person was equally wonderful. I happened to be out for drop-off and he was such a delight! Explained what they did and just got the job done efficiently and with kindness and a smile.
Moving isn’t always fun, it’s a stressful adventure to say the least, my experience with Cubeit made it all better and more enjoyable. 5/5 100% would recommend!
