Dealing with the staff was a very enjoyable experience. They where willing to accommodate my schedule and help get me into the vehicle I wanted. I want to give special recognition to Mark Austin who listened to my requests with a no-nonsense no pressure approach. The team provided high transpancy in what could and could not be accomplished and has earned my respect. Thank you to the team for making my visit an enjoyable and positive experience.

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Eagle Auto Mall! Through no fault of my own..I had to shop for a car and was extremely limited on time! I stopped in to the lot and had my doubts I would be able to find something on such a short time frame and within my budget. After many times of being told I couldn't get financing in the past, I didn't think it was going to be possible. But Mark went above and beyond to get me approved and I can't tell you how thankful I am for him!
The rest of the staff who helped get me into my new Ford escape were just as amazing!! Especially Christian, who answered MANY of our questions and annoying text messages! Haha! I just picked up my new ride yesterday, but so far I am so unbelievably HAPPY!!
Thank you guys for making this an easier process than I was expecting, and for everything you all did to get me driving again!!
Honestly, I can't thank you enough!

Great experience with the sales people and test drives. Paperwork was done quickly, and efficiently.
Ran into issues with a check engine light when driving home when picking up. Took back, said it was fixed. Issue wasn't fixed, despite saying it was good. Had to take to my own mechanic to get it fixed in the end. Safety inspection was questionable as issues from safety had to be fixed less than 30 days and less than 1000km after purchase.
They also told me that the extended warranty would only cover a loaner vehicle if the repairs would take more than 12 shop hours to fix. Extended warranty doesn't cover loaner vehicles.

well I see all the reviews but I'd like to tell you my experience with eagle auto in Cambridge ont I purchase a 2016 town country 13.000 with finance 35.000 when I pick up the van in March it wasn't clean try to give me keys that did not work first 5 minutes had to turn around go back to eagle heater was making a very loud noise they said termestat was dirty engine light come on 4 time I went there they didn't want to replace i had to call natoin wide fan belt was gone tension belt nd the tension telling me it's not under warranty now took it to another garage that's with nation wide now it's june nd they tell me the cylinder are all gone sparkplug nd engine air filters are also done still telling me not under warranty iam 60 years old taking care 3 of my grand children trusted eagle auto nd this is what they do told them I needed a reliable van for my children nd this is what they do iam on pension makes me sick that they can just get away with this can't reach the owners if someone nkow how plz let me know eagle auto don't want to give it to me
well what eagle auto replying to my post I have all the proof on the van even my kilometers eagle auto saying I have over 200 kli I took a Pic today I will post it nd saying that ive had the van for half a year purchase the van in middle of March we are in the beginning of july lol with the first month texting calling them that I had problems with the van engine light was on tellings me there's nothing wrong with the van nd telling me he had the same van nd it was normal for that sound nd nothing was under warranty I have all the paper work messages nd a witness that what eagle auto is saying about the van is not true nd my memory is just fine nd I will never go back to eagle nd I have no air that was supposed to be working also they are very unprofessional for a business I posted the pics of estimate that aamco gave me it's not just the sparkplug all the cylinder are going the 6 cylinder is gone iam running on 5 cylinder that are about to go scared to drive my grandkids the van will break down from what aamco told me
