Parking lot needs work. I shop in this plaza weekly and the lot isn't in very good shape. The entire plaza seems old and beaten down.

I go to East King Plaza to shop @ No Frills. There is a wide selection of products & most of the time (not all the time) I get things on sale here. This store also price matches other "local" stores so I can do most of my shopping @ 1 store.

Good plaza. Not a lot of shops here though. Plenty of parking space. No frills is the main attraction for best price food items.
