Pretty annoyed tbh. I spent probably over 500.00 in the last month at this store. I went in to espress how my brand new coat broke. The zipper completely busted and was unfixable. Paid over 120.00 plus tax to have it broken in 4 weeks. And they wouldn't exchange. It really sucks ?

Refused to do a holiday return because "she didn't want to", I had a receipt and item in question. The gift wrapping place cut price tag to the to the item. Was told to call head office... I'm not calling head office that's crazy

Eclipse is such a lovely place to go. I was able to get everything I needed, a lady named Jessica accompanied me throughout my whole shopping process. She was incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly, and she assisted me in selecting a lovely gown for my cousin's wedding, as well as providing excellent suggestions on accessories. I definitely will be coming back again.

Was hoping the company would have responded by now as it’s been over 1 month since our last email communication. Of 3 clothing items ordered online, I had to return 1 top as it was too large. Following the instructions on where to return I mailed the top back. It apparently never arrived. Taking into account Canada Post may have lost it, I would have hoped for at least an email & possibly a 10% discount offer on a future purchase. The company could have kept my business helping to compensate for my loss.
