Poor customer service car wash isnt working property and guy inside is blaming me that youre expecting to much , no tri color foam works , the gujju guy who works here dnt remember his name is rude- i went on 1 sept 2024 130 pm- infor for the owner

HORRIBLE!
My partner works evening shift nearby and regularly purchases Uber gift cards from this location — tonight he was denied entry for absolutely no reason leaving him stranded in Cambridge forced to pay double for a taxi home to Kitchener! I then called to ask “are you open?” To which they replied “yes!” So I asked them to explain why they’ve done this and I got halfassed “I dunno what you’re talking about” as an answer! My partner works 10-12 hour shifts and deserves to make a purchase to get himself home safely in an affordable manner. I’m not sure why WHITE people are being denied access at night but this is DISGUSTING!!!

I showed up at 12:04 (midnight) after a LONG shift and decided to stop here as they had the price at 1.49 and I was on empty. As soon as I put my card into the pump, they raised the price to 1.59. When questioned about it he said “right when you pulled in I changed it” he ADMITTED TO IT and then stated he couldn’t change it back due to “policy”. So he deliberately changed it to make more and admitted to it. I’m not happy AT ALL

Generally I find this gas station to be a decent price in the evening. Last night my daughter took the car to get gas there however she got id'd to purchase gas. Never before have I ever heard of this, not to mention claiming you have to be 16 years of age to purchase gas is completely weird due to needing to be 16 to even get your G1 and to drive alone under a G2 close to 17 years of age. Kind of a weird business practice to harass the section of the population with the most disposable income. Clearly you need to do better.

Wouldn't recommend this place
The girl employee over there is kind of rude
When I asked for something she didn't even answer properly. And she gave the face like why are you here, leave the place, wouldn't recommend going to this place
Because of her my rest of the day is not good

Their car wash is awful….complete waste of money. My truck looks much worse now than it did going in and it was only dusty. Almost looks like someone walked around it with a garden hose. Definitely not a spot free rinse. Save your money or swing over to McDonald’s and get yourself a Big Mac combo. On a positive note staff is ALWAYS friendly.

This gas station doesn’t sell lottery tickets to anyone 18 apparently according to the guy at the front you have to be 19 to play the lottery when I told the guy at the front it was 18 not 19 he told me the manager told me it’s 19 someone there should read the law and educate their staff.

Would not recommend for car wash. These people would fix the car wash one day and then it’s broken for the next few days. Using a very old system. Kept reminding the staff and manager about the broken wash system and they seems to behave like they don’t care. Very bad customer skills.
