Got berated by a toothless lady this morning for wanting to come in and buy a carwash while my truck was filling. She explained the latch on the pump nozzles were faulty and don't always shut off so you HAVE to stand there and watch your vehicle fill or fuel could go everywhere. I said fine, that's dangerous, I guess I won't be purchasing anything in the store today then. I went back out and realized I was about 10 percent through filling my 140 litre tank in my truck. I Knew for a fact I was going to be a while so I went to sit in my truck. This lady inside was waving her arms around and shaking her finger at me through the glass like I was about to blow the gas station up. If the nozzles are broken fix them or remove the latches. I stopped filling about a quarter of the way and left quite angry. I've never heard of something so ridiculous in my life.
Don't treat your customers like children. If there's issues with your equipment fix it or remove the latching nozzle option.
Fernando, if you are still the owner of this location you need to train your employees better on customer service. They are costing you money. You lost out on a luxury car wash sale, and about 3/4 of a tank of fuel on my truck and now you have a really pissed off long time customer.
UPI energy has been bugging us to switch to their cardlock system for our 26 shop trucks we have..I think today is the day we make that call. Appearantly Esso gas pumps are so dangerous you can't do anything but hold the nozzle, or you get talked to like you are some sort of idiot if you use the latch on the pump. This hasn't been the first Esso problem but I guarantee you it's going to be the last. This place seems like it's just going down hill fast.

They shut down the pumps and make you wait for 15 minutes at 1am well the guy counts cash. You would think in this day and age they would be able to keep the pumps going like everyone else. Guy can barely count. They hire idiots here.

Car wash is sub standard compared to other esso circle k car washes in the surrounding area. Water pressure is very low so wheel blaster does nothing. Soap seems to always be out of fluid as foam doesn't work. Rinse is a low enough pressure that the car always has leftover streaks and garbage all over it. Blower is so worn out it basically does nothing to dry your car. Parking lot has so much salt everywhere (overkill on the salt) that your car will be covered in salt before you make it to the road. Worst touchless carwash location in Cambridge.Edit; I came back after a year and this place is still horrible. The water quality is terrible. Very hard water. The jets on the wash are clogged and fling alot of water around but don't do much. This time after washing my car I had to literally dry soap and hard water off the car. This carwash has left a haze all over the car. Still the worst carwash in the region. The owner is letting the property get overgrown and it is starting to look like a dump. I guess the Tim Hortons profits are all that matter at this location.Edit; This location invested in a new car wash and that was great for a few months only. Now the interior of the carwash is full of sticks stones debris and garbage, the chemicals are always out and the wash just sprays regular water on your car. Zero maintenance and obviously no care given by the owner. Don't waste your time here for a carwash. It's always been a garbage fire.

Only because I got good deals on PC Optimums card.
Good customer service also has Tim Hortons in it too.
They always ask for carwash though I never took. But they are always smiling ?
I go there right after my work at the end of day. I collect points and easy for me it’s on my way always. ⛽️ gas price is always little less at night than in day time.

There’s an East Indian girl named Avi working there whom fraud our company card for $150 when I went to get gas there yesterday I only got $50 worth of gas and there was three extra $50 charges made to my company card right afterwards. If you are using this gas station please beware and try to pay with cash!!!
