I faced one of the worst customer service in that fido store, there is a guy whose name " UTKARSH” he was resist or i dont know what but he dont want to solve my quires. I asked about you guys have to add note about my activation wavier so I’ll get my credit back but he said only that person can add note who activated you mobile i that make any sense so whats the managers role. I asked i want to talk manager and he solve my problem, he was so helpful but UTKARSH dont want to serve me. I have a humble request dont hire like that guy who dont know how to serve customer mot*fukr.

One of the worst customer service experience by fido and their team on phone. My home internet is cut down for no reason of my own. A month back I was being told that I am being retained by them and so I was going to continue their service, all of a sudden today my service was canceled. I am on phone/ hold from last 3 hours and no response from their activation team or anyone.I was a loyal customer with them for years now. Just pathetic and awful service.

Customer care executives doesnt care about customer. Then what are they needed for. He explicitly said “I dont Care” cant give zero on review thats why have to give 1 out of options

First day dealing with fido as a new customer and experience is horrible. I called at this store and talked with Chris, this guy literally hang up on me twice and was so rude. Never going to visit this store at all and already going to cancel my plan.

Terrible experience. Deserves 0 star. I checked in and it’s been an hour but I am still waiting for my turn and that’s not even the worst thing. The customer service is terrible and very rude employees.

Older guy with glasses was completely unhelpful, sat on his phone and wasn’t paying attention to customers needed help then when he finally came over with no choice he had attitude and refused to help. don’t bother coming here.August 15, 2023 at 3:15pm

Just wanted to say, I had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful and informative in a moment of crisis. Skyler was an absolute gem helping my fiance and I find and explain a plan for us to move forward. Thank you!

Highly highly recommendedIf you are looking for any kind of reasonable plans, phones , phone + plans i would recommend to go to on this placeStaff was so good , we bought a very good plan in $50 Divansh was very helpful , he explained everything in details and provided all the information regarding the plans
