Complete scam.
Went in for an estimate to have my SUV repaired.
Was told verbal estimates are free and if I want something in writing it costs $100.
Disgusting way of conducting business.

Buyer beware on what is covered by your “warranty” on body work done. Apparently when you pay to have a bumper painted and repaired fully and they guarantee it “for as long as you own the vehicle” rust isn’t included within a two year period. Guess they don’t warranty painting on a paint job…. things that aren’t even printed in fine print. End of the day I guess painting is not actually guaranteed as indicated.

My husband was in a accident around Christmas time. He wasn't at fault. So our insurance recommended them to get the Jeep fixed at Fix Auto. Then from there it was terrible service . The Jeep was sitting there a week waiting for approval from insurance. We found out total write off which it isn't because they took everything that was damaged apart and even broke some brackets in the process and put the price up to be a total loss. Which isn't the case because he can drive it. Now the rental has to go back in a couple of days and he does not have anything to drive to get to work. It needs a bumper and a new light and took it apart without approval from insurance. A relative used them and had to keep going back for repairs after his vehicle was fixed he even said do not use them . Stay away from this place they are terrible and have terrible service.

They got my repair done on time and even put my winter tires on. I’ve gotten multiple cars fixed here (I swear I’m not a bad driver… they weren’t all my fault) and their work is always good.

Friendly and efficient staff. They delt with insurance from end to end, repairs came in on estimate, repairs like new, only hitch repair took a day longer than originally thought. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic shop - great service and great staff. Communication was great and I was always informed as to the status of the repairs for my vehicle. Very open and welcoming and they did a fantastic job with the bodywork I had done. Would recommend them to anyone.
