I recently purchased a vehicle from Galt, and my initial experience was positive. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the air conditioning was non-functional. I promptly contacted the salesperson, who assured me that they would discuss the issue with their boss. Since that conversation, I have received no further communication or resolution.
It’s disheartening to feel neglected after the sale is completed. The dealership's apparent lack of interest in addressing post-sale issues has left me very disappointed.

This dealership sales man was john bolt he is so bad the day we went to see the car for test drive he was like we will fix car breaks and anything wrong with it before delivery but on the delivery day air conditioner was not working even car was shaking or vibrating when we applied breaks on highway,
tail light was broken on that day the lying to us we already ordered it will come from usa it will take 2 weeks or more after waiting for 2 weeks when i tried to reach them the start lying it will come soon we will give you a call everyone was involved and they start ignoring my calls
Then i called a dodge dealerships in greater Toronto area about tail light replacement order they said sir you can place your order today and come tomorrow we will replace it there is mk back order for tale light replacement wow thats who we caught them they are lying to us ????
Worst experience we ever had with these guys we already reported all incident to OMVIC AND DODGE CANADA HEAD OFFICE

They delivered faulty car with brakes still has the breaking issue i have to fix it from my pocket
2 passenger side door as they we will fixed still has that issue they don’t even care
3 there is a open call on the car nobody told us its not fixed
4 uconnect box need service no care about car probles they said air conditioner is not a safety issue but breaks are a safety issue
I already emailed our situation to dodge canada and OMVIC FOR THIS SCAM and we will go thorough court because we went to certified mechanic for inspection it has more problems that they never disclose to us

I have to admit that the thought of buying a used vehicle does not top my list of favourite things to do. However, my experience at Galt Chrysler Dodge has changed my attitude on this matter. Dealing with salesperson Parm was a real pleasure. He was easy to talk to, very transparent and kept our discussions in a low pressure atmosphere. Manager Trevor gave us a very good offer on our trade in - no fooling around here. I can honestly say it was a very positive and smooth experience that exceeded my expectations. Don't hesitate to give Parm a call!

My wife and I were interested in a used Mazda, and we were able to purchase a 2022 Mazda CX-3 from the Galt used lot.
We worked with Gareth and Trina, both of which were a huge help. Gareth was super understanding of some of our concerns about body damage beyond normal wear-and-tear, but he was able to get the car sent in for repairs without a single hiccup. It came out looking nearly brand new! Trina helped us figure out our best path forward with financing. As a recent transplant from the US, this was a tremendous help - I'm still learning all the nuanced difference between countries regarding credit and bank expectations. She answered every question we had patiently and we walked away with a very fair monthly payment all things considered.
I'd definitely come back here for a car, new or used. When I leased my first car in my 20s, I dealt with folks who preyed on my inexperience. That's not the case here. I was treated so well. Looking forward to returning the next time someone in my fam needs a car :)

We had an interesting experience, I am giving 5star because of the service. I bought a Durango GT Plus. Even though I had initial trouble with our purchase but everyone in the team helped us out. Parminder, Zain, and Trevor were amazing with figuring out the best solution and providing us the most satisfying outcome.

Went there to buy a 4XE Wrangler and these guys are actually awesome. Myles was great to work with. He connects with the customers in an authentic way and has a nice laid back approach. Explained everything without trying to upsell and really listened to what I wanted. Made a decent deal on my trade in. If you want a relaxing experience go to Galt and ask for Myles.

I would never recommend going to galt Chrysler, I took my truck there to get a new tire put on, drove it to work once and realized they did not tighten the bolts, so now the rim is bent and hubcap, and that tire was so loose, it could have flew off and killed someone, and when I tried calling and talking to someone, the GM blew me off, and didn’t even acknowledge that it was a huge problem, I do not recommend ever taking your vehicle there, because clearly they do not know what they are doing,
