“I used to shop at this store regularly, but today an older, unpleasant woman, possibly the manager, tried to instruct me on how to pick a T-shirt from the pile. I’m always careful not to mess things up—after all, I run my own business, so I know how things work. I was simply looking for my size before picking from a specific pile. It almost felt like she had an issue with my skin color. Thanks for providing such a terrible experience to a loyal customer.”

Such horrible experience today exchanging a hoodie with different size, recwipt available tags on plastics on..still manager refused to change size due to their so called policy. Never buying there again.

I had some time to spend shopping today and was greeted by Steph upon entering the store! She mentioned the deals and her positive and friendly energy simply filled the air ! After browsing for a bit I ran into her again and within minutes I felt like I have known her for years ! Somehow I needed that friendly and kind approach today and it made my day! So I picked a couple of tshirts for my son and met another great person at checkout. His smile and demeanor also made me feel happy inside ! I GUESS I was at the right place at the right time ! In a world filled with negativity today those two employees proved that there are still great people out there ! Thank you to both !!

Need an updated babies and tiddler selection. Seems like the same stuff I bought 2 years ago. Also prices on clearance don't feel like clearance. Been here many times and have yet to receive any service as all.
