I contacted J-4 Self Storage regarding storage options and pricing. The man I spoke with was extremely rude, and when I inquired about the security of the faclity, he said "well, that is a dumb question". I mentioned that his attitude was quite rude, given that I am a prospective client. He proceeded with, "find another storage company" and then hung up the phone. I typically do not leave reviews, but I have never been so disrespected by a company that is looking for business. If that is how they treat potential customers, imagine how they will treat you if you are desperate enough to use this place for storage.

Brian is professional to deal with. I never am concerned about safety on his site. Well taken care of storage facility. Great location also.
