“10/10 experience! Where do I start, the staff here is truly amazing, they are friendly, personable, and more than happy to help. My partner and I went here to pick out my engagement ring and the staff made the experience so special, they were very patient with us while also very helpful and had a lot of options to try on. They also have a lot of customizable options if you prefer. My fiancé and I were there for about an hour and at no moment did we feel like a bother for taking our time. I also wanted to go back the next day to make a small change to the ring and they made that experience very comfortable and easy! “My husband recently lost his father and went in to get his father’s watch resized and cleaned for the funeral. There were some complications getting a couple of the links off, but Mario worked so hard for us to get them off and was able to resize the watch for us in time for the funeral. The dedication, time and care really shows within Mario’s work. He was amazing to work with. If we went to any other shop, I feel as though they would not have put in the time and effort Mario had. We are so grateful. My husband and I go here for all of our jewelry needs, they are absolutely fantastic!”
