Said 90 minutes, took 2.5 hours for a tire swap. On top of that I got home and saw all the caps on the all my tires valve stems were gone.

Amazing experience at Kal Tire Cambridge, Elbert repaired my Porsche Panamera tires when it had a nail puncture and luckily saved the tire. Couldn’t be more happy with their professionalism and customer service!

AMAZING SERVICE! This team is very professional and are very honest. They are very quick in getting things done. I dropped off my car the night before because I needed tons of work done ( bearings, tie rods, brakes, callipers, hub assembly, control arms) and they kept me updated throughout the entire process and even got it done earlier than I had originally expected. Their knowledge, services and team are far superior than any other common company name that you hear people go to. Even with uncommon cars that usually don't come through, they still know what they are doing. Cambridge Kal tire will be my #1 choice for essentials and regular maintenance necessities especially with my other car aswell. Shout-out to Corey for the awesome service 10/10

I called in very last minute on a Friday night when I found a nail in my tire and KAL was able to get me an appointment the next morning at 8am. They patched my tire at no charge in 30 mins. I had a great experience with Elbert and would highly recommend this shop.

I had a screw puncture my tire, I brought the tire in for repair and within 30 mins the tire was properly repaired! Elbert the representative that assisted me promptly called letting me know the repair was complete. He explained that it was a simple repair, plugged and patched the puncture and provided the repair free of charge! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’m getting myself ready to go on a long road trip, when the worst case scenario happens I notice a Nail in my tire! So I knew I had to get it fixed! I gave Kal-tire the opportunity to help me! I’ve never been there before so I called and lo and behold my saviour Elbert picked up the phone. He gave it to me straight that there was a potential that I might need new tires if the mail was to close to the side wall and believe me it was close. So when I got in Elbert was there to greet me! He’s a great guy and guess what he saved the tire! He had a great attitude, I had no fears of being dragged through the mud on looking at new tires or up-charges, he even told me my current tires even still have some life in them! Thanks for everything Elbert and the team at Kal-tire. I’ll be coming back when I do finally need them replaced!

I definitely recommend Kal Tire. I booked an appointment online.. which was easy! Showed up to my appointment the next day and was greeted by amazing staff!! Kal Tire took care of my issues and was done in a decent amount of time!! Will definitely use them again for any issues I have!! A big thanks to Elbert for the help!
