Walked in knowing what I was looking for. Test drove the 2020 Cherokee trail hawk, and loved the ride. Ash was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The entire team was amazing. Great experience purchasing my car at Lebada from start to finish. What a great group of people working there. Very friendly family vibe - I never felt any pressure to purchase but I'm glad I was able to give them my business. Special shout out to Petar who looked after all the paperwork. I’ve read some of the reviews on here after I purchased a car and I really wish I read them first. I wanted to wait to write a review to see how well my experience was with buying a car from this company. We paid about 19k and an additional 3k for the warranty through nationwide. I can say that after 13 months, our car needed significant repairs without which, the car would not be operational. I wouldn’t buy from here again as the car we bought was not worth 19k. I’ve seen replies to peoples comments with the “it’s a used car, what do you expect” kind of energy but to be honest, I expected a car that I paid 19k for to last a lot longer then 13 months. Purchasing a vehicle from here is no better than buying a car from a private owner. Buyer beware…we made a costly mistake but lesson learned.
