I hate posting negative reviews. Went to get my ring resized from a 10.5 down to a 9. I was told they would cut it and remove some gold to bring it down that much. I was excited when they told me I would get the gold they cut out back, since there is a lot of value in gold scraps. When I went to pick up my ring there was a note saying the ring was not cut so there was no gold to return. The size change is significantly different so I don't understand how they can reduce it by that much without cutting or removing gold. The sales associate was young and seemed new, as he had no idea about how they resized rings. The original 14k gold stamp is also missing from the inside, which is now making me suspicious. Overall disappointed with the experience. More training may be required.

Amazing just amazing, I had about 10 tangled necklaces and one of the employees megan was able to get them all untangled for me, Very very happy with the service that I experienced!Thank you so much, you are a life saver☺️

Thank you to rehana and team I came in to get my ring cleaned and they provided me with information that I didn’t know about like how I had a Life warranty protection plan on my ring . She gave me the pcp number and the SKU number , she took the time to explain everything to me and I am grateful for her and the team at Micheal hill in Cambridge thank you for a remarkable service

had the most worst customer service ever here. don’t go here what so ever. REHANA i think her name was swore at me and started body shaming me to one of her other co workers. i rather go elsewhere and get better customer service which is exactly what i did. she should not have a job here.

Very bad customer service from here I’m very disappointed. Rehana had a nasty attitude the whole time I was there I’ve never experienced such bad service . I came to buy for my aunt and I ended up having to leave, she kept me waiting around for almost an hour at the front and was on her phone rather then helping me.

worst customer service.don’t go here.one of the sales ladies ignored me.i stood waiting for 30 minutes just to ask A question.once my question was answered ( by another lady who was not better at meeting my needs but was more attentive to customers ) i wanted to see one of the items i wanted to purchase and she walked away! i believe her name was REHANA.NEVER go to this location. AWFUL SERVICE i walked way and purchased as PEOPLES!!!AT PEOPLES:way better customer service!! i actually felt welcomed.

I was fairly disappointed by the inexcusable attitude and lack of support I received from a worker by the name of Rehana she was judging my attempt to purchase a pair of earrings because of the price, as she did not think I could afford them based off what I was wearing. I would not suggest shopping here and I will not be in the future.

Had a wonderful experience here recently and I feel obligated to share so others can have the same. Was in the market for some jewellery and figured I'd go here because theres quite a few jewellery stores in the mall. Jenil was the representative I dealt with and he was very polite, patient and understanding and I really appreciated that. And for some things he actually suggested I pick options that were cheaper because he could tell It was much more to my liking and taste. It's not just about the money, it's making sure the customer is happy, and that I am! Thanks again Jenil! Will see you soon.

The focus is on how much you purchase not the customer. The one girl working visually gets frustrated as she tries to push more items and you decline. Customer service needs improvement in this store.please focus on what the customer really wants and not your sales goals
