“I spent 20 minutes with no movement at Mr. Lube. I left and went down the street to the Jiffy Lube and was greeted immediately. Garrett (I think was his name), was so friendly. The team checked my oil, and explained that it wasn't actually necessary to get it changed just yet. He explained how many kilometers I had left and how to check my Ford settings to see what percentage my oil level is. Then they checked my tires, and sent me on my way. Honestly....it would have been so easy for them to just do it and charge me. It was a really great experience and I will 10000% be back when I actually do need an oil change. Thanks to this super friendly and kind team!”
