“I stopped by about 7-10 minutes before opening, and to my surprise the guy was still incredibly polite and welcoming. Even though they weren’t officially open yet, he acknowledged me kindly. It’s rare to see that level of friendliness and professionalism so early in the day. Great customer service and a very positive first impression — I’ll definitely be coming back!”
