Purchased a 2006 Acura MDX from here.
I would say my experience was hit/miss. Fadi seems like a nice guy, but he is not willing to stand behind the vehicles he sells. He simply wants your money, and wants the vehicle gone. He is willing to take care of things, only if you go back all the way to Cambridge. For me, I live 5 hrs away. Not possible.
Vehicle was sold certified and on the day before pick up, I noticed the belt was noisy.
Fadi said he would take care of changing the belt if the noise did not go away. On the day of pick up, noise was gone so we purchased the car. On my 5 hrs ride home, the belt started making noise again. Also, a TPMS warning light came on.
The vehicle seems fine anyway, however, at the high price I paid, I expected the issues it has to be fixed before the sale. Not a band-aid put on them.
I would say, just like purchasing any used car, be weary and vigilant when inspecting the car yourself. Or, take a mechanic there with you if you can.
I get, not everything is the owners fault, just wish he was willing to stand behind the items he sells.

He's just a money grabbing scam artists. Beware of him folks He's not as nice as you think he is and don't bother trying to trade your vehicle in to him he will low ball you plus his price's are unfair you can buy some vehicle's like he's got cheaper elsewhere don't be fooled. Tell your friends Beware. Also my white 2012 jeep grand Cherokee overland he only gave me $6,000 and maybe put $1200 into it and wants $12,999 don't be fooled plus it's probably the only good vehicle on his lot.

My wife and I were searching for a used minivan and found a 2008 Honda Odyssey on CarGurus from Pristine Auto.
We went to check it out and were impressed by the state the vehicle was in (especially for the age) and really enjoyed talking to Fadi and his team there. We wound up signing the purchasing agreement that same day and they started the process of getting the safety certificate and licensing done.
I really appreciate that they outsource the safety certificate. They do the work in house but send it to another shop for the certification so there is a second set of eyes on it.
When I picked up the vehicle, one of the key fobs didn't work and Fadi called his key programmer to attempt to make an appointment to get that sorted out. Turns out this particular vehicle can be done without special equipment so I was able to do it myself. So I didn't need the appointment, but Fadi followed up with me when he found out his key programmer hadn't made an appointment, which shows a real dedication to customer satisfaction.
Overall, we're incredibly happy with our purchase and definitely recommend checking out Pristine Auto if you're in the market for a vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from Pristine Auto earlier this year and I would wholeheartedly recommend this family-owned dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car.
I found the owner, Fadi to be honest and transparent in his communication. The car was as described, reasonably priced and exceptionally well-maintained. It's clear that Fadi takes pride in the work he does.
Even after the sale, Fadi continued to provide excellent service and support. When a minor issue came up a few weeks after purchase, he quickly addressed it and booked me in for a service with a local shop at no cost to me.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the overall experience at Pristine Auto Sales. If you're in the market for a used car, do yourself a favor and check them out.

Needed a vehicle to fit 5 adult family and were not disapointed with the selection. We choose the Mitsubishi Outlander...good quality good price good value good service good vibes. 5 stars.
