Love this facility. Such lovely, kind, and courteous staff. My youngest son is quite worried about leaving his belongings while we transition towns; but the safety and security of this building we have experienced helps even if just a little bit. You aren't just storing your things here, you are having a wonderful experience.

Recently rented a unit in there Cambridge units and the people there are great. The units are clean and very accessible in any weather and the prices reasonable. Naomi at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful and I found everyone to have a happy and positive attitude.

Great service and clean!
Staff are great & friendly!
Worked with the manager to pay for a years storage, he was very helpful, informative and accommodating.
Staff showed me around and made sure I knew the grounds and how to access everything.

I only needed my locker for two months, and the entire experience was very pleasant. Setting up an account was easy, the staff was able to answer all my questions, and I didn't have any problems. Cancelling my account was just as easy. I would definitely use their service again in future. In fact, it's the best storage experience I've had to date.

After being in our home for 36 years we are downsizing.. we have purged and feel good about our upcoming move but realize there still might be more to do when we settle into our new home. We contact Public Storage in Cambridge searching for a personal storage unit.. the staff, Olu and Naman, were pleasant and very welcoming upon arrival at the storage unit! The day before when we were inquiring about rentals, Olu was so very patient and knowledgeable answering all questions that we had and he did not rush us through the process. We felt comfortable making our decision to rent our storage unit. When we came in to sign the paperwork, everything was reviewed and we were shown the possible unit choices.. we weren’t rushed and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. We feel we will be happy with our decision! Thanking Olu for his professional manner and ensuring that our experience was more than satisfactory it was exemplary and we know that our time at Public Storage Cambridge will be just we need! The customer service is fantastic at this location. I've had a unit here for almost four years now, any time I've needed to make any changes the staff have been so helpful and kind to me. I also accidentally left my TV in the hallway one time and forgot to come back for it, and they called me right away and held it in the office for me. Very honest and friendly people. The building is always clean and the employees always look happy to be there. I've had a great experience as a customer here!

Had a great experience. The girl at the office I believe her name was Namam was amazing. Answered all my question and made my experience hassle free. Facility is very clean and user friendly.
