RefurbIT is a complete fraud! It sent us a defective laptop. Within hours of turning the laptop on, pixels on a large portion of the screen became dead. I immediately contacted them for a replacement or reimbursement and sent the laptop back.
A few days later, the technical staff emailed me that they won't fix, replace, or refund as they hypothesized that I caused the damage. The staff kept on saying that I may have unintentionally caused the damage and they can't make a mistake caz they are microsoft certified, but did not provide any direct evidence to their claims.
Very frustrating customer service. Right from the start RefurbIT made me feel like I am the guilty party and I have to prove that I didn't do anything wrong!

The laptop I ordered came very fast, it arrived in cautious packaging and excellent condition. Runs all the software I needed it to. Awesome. Thank you guys.

I ordered a Dell laptop two days ago and today it arrived. The laptop looks new and is flawless. It was easy to set up and came with an authentic version of Windows 10. So far, the laptop functions well and is fast. I am very satisfied and I will be doing business with this company again in the near future when I purchase a desktop.

They sent me a computer that didnt work. Was also missing a screw on the underside. They wouldnt replace it or fix it for me and told me to fix it myself. I kid you not.

I order lenovo thinkpad, after 1 day i experience some problem with the item they sent to me, battery runout easily, and the system is not working, i check 1 pixel missing i email the website but nobody answer me. It's my first time to do online and i'm so upset because i badly needed a new laptop for my studies. I went to best buy where they post the item there i order the item but it's so happen that it's from market place and the address where my laptop came is refurbit. I really didn't expect this will happen. ????????????????

Dealing with these bunch of unprofessionals was one of the most unpleasant experience in my life.i urgently needed a laptop for zoom calls with webcam so I ordered one..but the webcam itself is not working.I called them they were not able to solve this and when I told that I need this laptop for my work from Monday with webcam.the person I was talking to was totally indifferent..she just behaved so what..she just said I can return.. nothing else they will do..PLEASE DON'T BUY Anything from here.These shops with no customer service shud go down

* BEEN A FEW MONTHS THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT ME THE 8 GB. REFUND ONLY*Sent out the a laptop advertised as 8gb but it only has 4gb and one dcim slot. RefurbIT offered another 4 gb stick of ram which won't fit because there is only one dcim port. I was told they will not upgrade my laptop the the 8gb it came advertised with. I was told the only thing I could do was return it. I will be reporting this to the better businesses beureu and the Ontario competition beureu for false advertising. Will update here when I hear back!!
