It's so amazing every time I go. It's fun to see things you can't find in Korea. Guns, bows, swords... It's like gungunsoe. Anyway, there's a place on the 2nd floor with guns and crossbows. And there are more prettier clothes than you think, so be sure to stop by as they have frequent sales.

Your staff need to be more engaged with customers.
We waited nearly 10 minutes for 2 staff members to break their conversation.
You have one job, engage with your customers. Anything is available online, people make a conscious choice to go to a brick and mortar store.
Reward them with providing a good experience.

Came in last night with my wife to look for a new fishing rod for my birthday present. The manager and her employee were too busy chatting to help. When I asked for help you could tell I was clearly bothering them. Sail used to be staffed with people that live the outdoor life but that is no longer the case. They would rather you order on the website so they can continue flirting with other staff members.
Store also charged me 9.99 for gloves that were in the 7.99 bin. There were 6-7 of you hanging out by the bathroom at 720 pm last night, 40 mins before close. You think anyone could pull out a price gun and organize anything??
Do yourself a favour and support your local tackle shop. I only came here because I didn’t make it to my local shop before close. Won’t make that mistake again!
TL;DR Staff are too busy chatting with each other to help you, support your local shop instead.

Sail has a pretty good selection for a lot of different things you'll need to be outside. I'm always in the fishing section and there's a good variety. It would be nice to see brands like G. Loomis and Headbanger lures but at least they have St. Croix.

Ron in the fishing department was so knowledgeable about rods and all things fishing! He helped us pick out two rods for our boys, picked out the fishing line and lures and hooks. Ron set up the rods for us, so the kids could start fishing right away!

My first time visiting this store and I am so impressed by the people who work there. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Eric spent 20mins helping and teaching me with his backpack knowledge. I so appreciate his desire to just share his knowledge without putting any pressure on me while I was considering the various options.
Later I was helped by Terry, who was just as friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this place for all your camping and outdoor needs. There’s also lots of items on sale too.

The variety of products is mind blowing and you can find whatever you need for camping ?️ and hunting ☺️ the prices are also much more reasonable than similar places.

I went for downrigging accessories after work since I was in the area . First time I've been there . The place is overwhelming with all the fishing equipment. It's all to catch the fisherman not the fish .they cater to pros I guess because when they seen me in my work clothes when I asked about accessories they pointed like they didn't have time to deal with me . I had a list and would have spent 300 bucks . Instead after I seen they didn't have what I wanted anyway I left . Way to over rated .
