Update!!!
I've changed my rating from a 5 start to 1 star and here's the reasons,
1, Since the new ownership and switch over from Canam Self Storage to Smart Stop Self Storage, the facility has progressively gotten more dirtier. Floors and halls used to be cleaned consistently with Canam.
2, My rent went from $194/month to $326/month in just under a year for a 10x10 unit.
3, Pure lack of security. My unit, along with 7 other contractors units had their locks cut off and had a bunch of tools and equipment stolen all in one night. I was never offered insurance by the new company, nor did they really do anything about it. (Wouldn't show me the camera footage, offer me insurance after, tell me how the perps knew which lockers were occupied by contractors, etc...) Not only did they do nothing about the robbery, they raised my rent $85/month the week after.

I needed to make some changes to my locker and with the help of Morgan, everything was very efficiently done. Also to add, Morgan's communication and professional skills are top notch which is very important as a first line of contact in the office.

Horrible people.storage has rodents and they won't own up to anything as it was a separate unit too. Don't do business with them they scam you

Great experience! The two young ladies ( Morgan & Casandra ) that work at the facility were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with finding and securing a storage locker for my family. Very well run storage space & friendly staff.

Storage units infested with MICE. Staff doesn’t care. Doesn’t do anything to help. Still charges you, you’ll have to move your stuff yourself and they have no explanation as to why their facility isn’t clean. Go somewhere else. Only took 3 weeks for my stuff to be ruined without compensation.
