Went looking at one specific car and seemed to check all my boxes. Left and came back the same day ready to put down a deposit. Unfortunately the associate was very disinterested, and uneducated about said car. I had a few concerns which I brought up (tread depth, damaged blinker) one of which he was willing to guarantee, the other he couldn't. That I was willing to forego. What made me walk away was that fact; he wouldn't talk to me, or make eye contact with me the female that would be purchasing the car but he was willing and able to talk and make eye contact with my boyfriend. I didn't want that to be the experience for buying my first car.
It's a shame if the car was at a different dealer or with a different associate, I would've left happy with my first car purchase

I Purchased a Dodge Challenger in the fall of 2022 got to enjoy it till the snow fell and I am now ecstatic that I can once again take it out and drive it. I've had no issues with the vehicle and Rajat helped greatly and getting me financed. Highly recommend A+++

Bought a used car in December 2019. Didn't find out until spring/summer that the A/C didn't work and this was not disclosed at time of sale. Winter or not, I assume the car is getting a once over and this type of thing would have been tested/caught, so not an accident. Suspension was also shot. Vehicle is overall functional but not reassured by a used car dealer willing to sell overpriced used cars without proper servicing, or at least being honest about work that is needed.

Got a buick at a reasonable price, considering covid. But the timing chain snapped about 60 days after I bought it. The car had a slight ticking noise when I purchased it. Considering there is a shop built into the dealership, And they have another shop that they use, someone must have known that this was an issue. Finally the warranty I purchased from them was not honored. I was completely out of pocket to find a replacement engine.

Special Interest is under NEW ownership. Lindsay & Eleanor have retired. I have used Special Interest exclusively since 2005 & always had fair & reasonable service from them. I have recommended to many others. THAT STOPS NOW. The new owners are on a "get rich quick scheme". $33 to confirm a trunk latch was working & spray some grease. Then there is the $29.50 "environmental, handling & compliance fee" because they used a gas torch to remove a ball joint & used a couple of lubricants. They wanted to replace a running light, which was working perfectly, except the mechanic was too lazy to physically check. A puncture in one tire came with a recommendation to buy TWO tires. This is NOT the Special Interest we all knew & loved. I suggest you look elsewhere for fair auto service. These new owners do NOT understand the terms reasonable & fair, but the WILL happily take your money.
