They quoted me a price $180. more than I ended up paying, only because I shopped around. Also I hate the upsell tactics that companies do. Also I don't like the fact they said it would take 3 hours & it only took 1 hour & 15 minutes. The job done is good but all in all not a great experience.

I drove from Ottawa to Kitchener and got a chip on my windshield along the way. I was worried it would spread, so I headed straight to Speedy Glass. Mike and Becky were fantastic to deal with—friendly, efficient, and reassuring. They worked on the repair right away and the windshield looks even better than I expected. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!!

Had my TAG system installed. Appointment was easy to book online. Was greeted by name in a very friendly manner. Install was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained well. All staff I encountered were very cheery and helpful.

They exceeded my expectations on how long the job would take,basically half the time. Where they failed in my evaluation was on CSR. We called Friday to setup an appointment for Monday and was told that they would return our call within 48 hours. To book an appointment you do it on line
They confirmed Monday's appointment on Sunday afternoon.
When I got there , I was not greeted snd was very little interaction.
I asked for a quote on the windshield fir my other vehicle and rambled off some numbers.
Prior to going there , I called Apple auto glass who answered the phone and gave me a quote and told me when the available times are.
Where will I get my windshield replaced? At a company who believes in personal interaction.
