The BEST customer service I have received in a long time. My sales associate JAS was professional, friendly, easy to talk to & answered any questions I asked without me feeling silly for asking. While an employee helped me find what I needed at the Cambridge Centre Mall location, I could barely make it through the transaction due to the absolutely disgusting smell of ALL 3 employees working in the store. Every one of them needed to take a shower instead of LOADING cologne on top of their gross body odor. I can't believe no one noticed enough to say anything prior to this. It was disgusting.

This place is owned ny Bell. Overpriced like all of the Bell products. Bell treats new customers like royalty but be loyal for 35 years and they royally screw you

I usually don't criticize any employee for their bad customer service or any store for their bad service. I have also worked in customer service so I know what customers expect from you. writing this review after my 2 bad experience with this store.1. Few months back I wanted some Sony headphones which obviously they don't have it in stock and employee told me that they will give me a call back once they receive the product. I never received a phone call.2. Same story. Few days back, I went to store and they didn't have the product. Instead of helping me, they started asking about my network provider, how much i am paying, etc etc. OK i get it. We all want money. You'll get commission for new connection but first help me to find the product I am looking for. I clearly asked them "Can you get this from other store?" and they were so confident. Like yeah yeah we'll call you in a week. No call back. When I asked them after a week. there was no update. So if you don't have any system for store transfer. Just say no to customer, "Sorry we can't order this for you". Stop lying to your customers. They are trusting your words.I'll recommend you to drive 20 minutes and go to other source store in Kitchener. But never this one again.

Ahhhhh The Source. It's kinda like GameStop, a broken template that hasn't gone away yet. Today I was there for some headphones. Simple enough I guess. I'll just grab the ones I wa- everthing in this store is tied down. 20$ sony headphones you can find in a gas station and The Source locks them up. Literally each item is locked. And the staff. The single staff!!! He was selling a cell phone...sort of...I think. For 10 minutes I waited for him to at least put cell phone guy on pause. Lol oh no. Best to look away when I glance over. I was there so long, when I left I was low key surprised I wasn't attached to something. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dinosaur of a store.
