Don’t - just don’t book with them. What you need to know is that this company primarily uses a secondary freight company to move your belongings - which means your life-changing move is NOT a priority to them. They will not only NOT honor the drop-off date they give you (even if you have the truck ready and packed earlier) they do no work weekends - so they will leave you stranded with no belongings for multiple days following the date they have given you. With 24-48 hours notice they will force you to change ALL of your plans, cancel and try to re-book flights and hotels and leave you frustrated, angry and upset. They will offer no compensation or refund - stating that they do not give guarantees. On top of this the truck will leak water - so your belongings will get wet and possibly ruined by the time you get them anyways. Please save yourself the time, frustration and tears and book a moving company that makes your move a priority.

U-Pack did all things on time per the schedule set. The value is unbeatable. But you have to find the right person (Who's willing to work with you. My case was Nick at Portland Office.) to help you in case of a conflict on time. Do not put expensive stuff near the separating boards because they may be pushed toward your load section.

U-pack deceived me. They have hidden costs which they don't mention when you are signing up with them. They charged me almost 1000$ to deliver 2 relocubes to Chicago and stored them for a month. When I asked them to deliver relocubes to my new house, they told me that they will charge me another 450$ which they never mentioned before. If you can, avoid them and go PODS or U-haul.
