Beautiful service caring people understanding and didn't charge me anything after topping oil after knowing that my truck could have been seized husband said it was fine to drive on it .the service was great will recommend to anyone that needs great service and knowledge .. thank you so much !!

Questionable service.My car died in December and CAA came out to boost me, they said the battery charge seemed fine but to take it to a mechanic and find out what is wrong.I came here and they told me it was a battery problem so they replaced it. $3502 months later my battery light comes on, i take it back here because they did the most recent work on my vehicle. They tell me its the alternator that needs to be replaced. $750I get home and i notice the car is having trouble starting up, so i call the shop again and ask if that is normal.A guy answers the phone and says oh sorry we forgot to tell you that your starter is going. He also said i would have noticed before bringing it in earlier today, but there had not been an issue prior to visiting this place.Waiting to speak to a manager about this because something here does not seem right.

The employees running the place are really nice. I went to them once to fix my wheel alignment and noise in ball joint. The work is really great, and car condition is excellent. when I went again, they did fix the flat tyre for free. Important thing is the service is quick and flexible. I suggest this place without hesitation to all and my rating is excellent especially for customer service.

These guys are great ! They went thru he'll to fix my truck issues so I wouldn't have to spend a fortune replacing the engine. They kept me informed on what was being done and went out of their way to get it done and back to me as quickly as possible. I highly recommend using Water St. Auto for your vehicle maintenance.
