On the morning of October 30/2024 I attended my local BMO Branch in Campbellford Ontario to request a print out of my RESP account that I set up for my grandson in 2010. The Mutual Funds Rep (Arita) was unable to print or provide me with a statement and committed to get back to me the next day with an electronic copy. On Nov 5th I returned to the branch to inquire about the statement. Arita advised that she was simply too busy to get to it. She sent me to speak with the Manager (Raj) who was able to provide what I needed and was very apologetic for the failure to provide the statement as promised days earlier. When entering the branch I noticed a sign on the door indicating they would be closed for lunch between 12:30 and 1:30pm
For a number of years now it is evident this branch is badly understaffed for the volume of business as it is a frequent reason given for poor service. I tried to get an appointment some time ago and had a wait of over 2 weeks to schedule. I can see that the staff in the branch are working hard and trying their best but the failure of Head Office and HR to ensure adequate staffing is costing them dearly. It is time that senior executive took notice and did more to hire and train staff to ensure the level of service that BMO customers expect and deserve.

I do not have any accounts at this bank, however when I needed assistance with an estate matter, Raj Singh, the Branch Manager, could not have been more helpful. I am grateful for a hands on manager who has the ability to not only listen, but to follow up.

Amazing experience at a bank ever!!!! Nicest people you can meet they feel like family. I definitely recommend coming here.please be mindful of your awareness of others, its most likely you writing the bad review who is the problem not the employees.

ATM NEVER WORK NO TELER ONLY ONE TELER PEOPLE LINE UPBAD SERVICE ATM BROKE EVRY WEEK FOR SURE NO ACTION TAKEN I LOST MY MONEY 2 TIME WHY BMO NOT FIXING ATM

Brutal place to deal with. 2 tellers there are nice. Rest are rude. Management won't respond back when asked to. Corporate is a joke. After almost 30years with them. I have taken all my business elsewhere. Rude disrespectful company.

Have waited over three months to get bank fees corrected. Dealing with branch manager does not produce results. Phone call and more than one email…same result, nothing! Will be changing banks unless corrected ASAP.

I have had this bank for several years now and the staff are very nice but I usually use the atm but I did have my access card compromised and the bank was very good by investigating and refunding my stolen funds. I was very impressed with their dedication to internet fraud with regards to their clients

My estimated wait time for credit card help is one to one and a half hours Monday December 20th can you believe that my Walmart Mastercard answered the phone instantly I just wanted to verify that the WM card had not been frozen.I mistakenly entered the wrong PIN three times at BMO now I'm supposed to drive 45 minutes to a BMO ATM in order to get my credit card unblocked I'm better off to apply for a new credit card I'll just use my Walmart credit card thanks for nothing

I have been with the Bank of Montreal in Campbellford for over 30 years.This bank holds my mortgage and my credit card. Recently I also received a line of credit, and through the years I have had a number of needs... Well, I have always been supported by my branch. When I needed money to remortgage, or change my shingles or renovate my home, there was always a way. I am extremely pleased with all the assistance they have provided us during this pandemic. It has been extremely challenging for them to continue to serve with same high standard, but they managed.I invite anyone looking for an institution to give Bank of Montreal a try. The fees are fair and the service is invaluable.
