Do not take your vehicle here for work! Terrible service and a long wait are in store for you if you dare. Couldn't pay me to use this shop. Thanks for wrecking my tires and charging me for it. Just another shop that gets fed insurance work so they don't care about retaining customers. I would give a 0 star if I could. You have been warned ⚠️.

Should have done all the work right the first time and included the alignment. Nice story you fabricated also. Should be a fiction writer not a mechanic. Neglecting to tell me that there were still issues was a nice touch too. I would be ashamed to own this business.

Awesome first time experience!!I had my vehicle repaired here just recently. My insurance company recommended them as a possible company to fix my rear bumper damage. They made the experience smooth, including hooking me up with a better rental company that would shuttle a car to Carstar for me and not charge me any mileage.Thank you to everyone at Carstar for making my first experience an amazingly easy process.

We were VERY impressed with CARSTAR in Campbellford. The entire staff made us feel welcome! They were professional, friendly and their attention to detail was amazing. The paint job is beautiful, and the entire vehicle looks brand new, inside and out!! They arranged for a rental car, and even that was seamless!!! We came in, dropped our vehicle off, got the rental, and our vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be. This is THE place to get repairs done.Thanks to everyone at CARSTAR in Campbellford!

We took our car, that had been splattered with paint from a newly painted traffic lane job on County Road 9to Carstar. They did an outstanding restoration job on it in a professional, timely and courteous manner, for a very fair price. We will definitely recommend them to anyone we encounter in need of automotive services.
