(They have stopped giving points for bags! I ask and they deny. Yet other locations still do it, so is it a independent branch decision??) No produce scales & not planning on getting one. There are only 2 grocery stores in town. Otherwise you have to drive at least 20-40km to reach a different grocery store.(In the summer your frozen food will have melted by then and the gas is to expensive so residents have to put up with what is available. I wish they will build a brand new large clean discount food store.)Sharpes which has a great selection of product, decent store but prices are high. and No Frills which has decent prices but the product or lack there of is not so great. There has been so many different "wrong" things with the store, the employees & the owners. You will never see the owners in the store, let alone walking around it. You will always see some empty shelves of their "on sale" items. They are either out or relocated somewhere else in the store(but they will not hang up a sign saying this). I have seen misallocated sale signs in the produce section so you end up buying the more expensive item. They have consistently over the last few years sold product way past due dates ( the oldest has been 12 months). The selection of product is somewhat basic but the size of the building limits that. Staff, well some are nice and some are not and the not ones remember you on your future visits and stay rude to you. The produce is not always fresh or well taken care of. General Customer Consideration at this location is lacking compared to other locations.Summary: inspect your food, check the price to the item, say hello to the cashier, pack your own bags, check your receipt before you leave the cashier.

My husband went in the this no frills thursday dec 28th 2023 to pick up a few things for us for dinner. When i unpacked the food items of which were beef, carrots, onions and horseradish.I was disgusted when i opened the horseradish sause for dinner. The rim of the jar was covered in mold and smelled bad. The store was closed by that time and we had to wait till the next day. Needless to say we had not kept our receipt, which is something we dont do when getting groceries as you feel you can trust your grocer. We will never do that again. This person was rude and ignorant told my husband he should have check the date on the jar. So much for trusting this store, we will never shop there again. He asked to speak to a manager and was told none were available. No Frills is canadian chain owned by Loblaws Company a subsidiary of George Weston Limited so i am contacting them with a formal complaint. Will also contact Consumer Affairs.

Good selection. Also carries locally produced goods. Good selection of products that are less expensive if you buy more than one.

I had 1 bag of groceries but because I put them in a cart rather than try to carry it in a hand basket I was not allowed to use a self checkout. Then the cashier threw my produce so now I have bruised fruit! Do better Fisher's No Frills!!
