The lady who worked here was very polite saved a shovel for me to pick up. I arrived within 16 minutes and as promised my shovel was waiting for me behind the counter. She was even able to give me dimensions over the phone to ensure it was what I was looking for prior to making my way here. Very thoughtful, punctual and very helpful. Thank you as this was my first time ever in Cannington and in Cannington Home Hardware.

There is Home Hardware and then there is Home Hardware in Cannington. Yes, this location in Cannington is a remarkable little store that always provides the best service on any given day! The 2 employees - Doug and Karen - are two of the most cordial, friendly and professional employees that I've ever encountered. On two separate occasions Doug actually lent me his personal tools because the store was temporarily out of stock and the other two closest Home Hardware stores were already closed for the day. Think about it, he actually trusted me with a couple of tools! Yes I'm a local, regardless, this speaks volumes about the people working there. Everyone shopping here is greeted with a smile and a genuine "country welcoming" that separates this Home Hardware from other hardware stores.

This store is low on merchandise you can't find what you're looking for and no one to help you there's only one person in the store serving you not recommended for Best Selection and service I go to the Sunderland Home Hardware much better more service more product
