singled out to prepay when other costumers did not have within normal time when prepay was not required. employee wearing headphones while serving costumer's poor attitude.
Just a note that I read about the washroom. That washroom is also associated with tim hortons, which is required by law Ontario Food Premises Regulation. Shell employees may have to be very careful about shutting down a tim hortons restaurant washroom. Also Tim hortons supports the GO Here initive by the Chrones society, that makes its washrooms available at all times for individuals with bowl disease.
May be time for an employee education session.

Worst experience ever!!! Was in there the other day, Very rude and unprofessional. You’re also not allowed to use the washroom unless you’re a paying customer. Since when? Seems as if it’s under new ownership with the way they treat people. STAY AWAY

I used to enjoy getting my gas here, but recently they've made it so you have to go inside and prepay before getting gas. There's plenty of other gas stations where I can use my airmiles without being inconvenienced by this. Punish the people who steal by reporting their license plates with the cameras you have, don't punish the legitimate customers. Last time I visit.*EDIT* After posting this review, this gas station reported a fraudulent claim against me to the police.

Heads up to all sledders. I was informed that you can not fuel sleds in enclosed trailers at the station. Told it was against the law! Informed that I would have to unload sleds out of trailer to fuel them. The lady that was barking out the commands was extremely rude and aggressive. Her name was Kathy and if you know her, then you must know the kind of attitude that I am talking about! Terrible customer service., Don’t fret, the gas station 100 yards down the road was happy to oblige, big shout out to the Capreol Esso! Sledders come prepared or head to next station!
