I attended a wedding of a friend at this venue and was impressed by the atmosphere and spacious surroundings. The food was beautiful and delicious. The staff were gracious and very attentive. I had to wonder who has to water all of these gorgeous tropical plants!

On this year 2024 Valentine's Day, my wife and I decided to dine at Aquatopia Water Garden for a romantic dinner, as it was advertised as a special event. The place looked fabulous, surrounded by vibrant tropical plants. Near the bar, there was a water installation for photo sessions, which might require some extra lighting at night. As decorations, it looked truly astonishing.
The small square tables and extra small round ones looked really nice, with only minor issues that could potentially be ignored to some extent; however, the tiled floor really needs fixing. The service at the front and at the table differed, with the table service being preferable to add some quality. It would be better to start by offering beverages at the table rather than having guests go to the bar for order, and then having the drinks brought to the table. Additionally, when dishes are delivered, it would be nice for the staff to be slightly more accommodative and provide brief descriptions of the chef's creations. Before clearing plates, it would also be courteous to wait until both people at the table are ready.
The food and cooking experience left me with mixed feelings. I might need to visit this place again for a different type of food, or perhaps not for dinner. My expectations may have been higher than what was delivered; however, the food presentation was good. The "aged 6 oz beef tenderloin with ginger grilled baby bok choy" was okay, but it lacked something to make it really good. According to my wife, the "champagne and grapefruit brined wild salmon pan-seared to golden brown with crispy potato latke" was a disappointment.
Regardless, this is an experience I would like to revisit for simpler events such as lunch and see if the food experience remains consistent or not.
As I see it, the price of the event was top-level, which could potentially be attributed to two aspects: the beautiful garden setting and the slightly overpriced food.

Beautiful plants and an excellent variety of pond and garden options for your home. It was very relaxing to walk through the building and enjoy all of the greenery. am very excited to purchase one of their outdoor pond packages when we have the space.

This is one of the few stores that carries lechuza pon substrate and accessories. They also have a few lovely plants to look through. The person I spoke to was very personable and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience! Only thing that would make it better, is if the café inside were open.

Hostile work environment. Manager got aggressive with me at the end of term. Reported my boss and nothing was done for the psychological damage and harassment put on to me by management. Pretty much 80% of the food is frozen.
All in all it was a weird fine dining experience.

Aquatopia did our wedding florals. Our flowers were stunning! We ordered bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, a bunch of boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen, and family members, as well as bud vases for our dinner tables. We sent them a few pictures of what we had in mind, and loved what Aquatopia put together for us! The flowers lasted beautifully and were very fresh. Working with Aquatopia - especially Alex, who was amazing - was easy and the florals were also great value for money.
